First up, the band launched an interactive 3D room on IMVU. You're able to buy music to play in your own virtual room as well as virtual merch. All IMVU members are also entitled to a free download of "Help I'm Alive."
Continuing with the virtual news, Metric will host a virtual Meet and Greet on IMVU where fans can chat with the band through their avatars on Oct. 25.
On the 27th, they're releasing an Amazon-only release of a new acoustic EP titled Plug In Plug Out with previously unreleased recordings of "Gold Guns Girls" "Satellite Mind" and "Twilight Galaxy." The EP will only be available for one month with wider distribution to follow.
