hear Street Sweeper Social Club's cover of M.I.A. and find out when the new EP is out

if i was to make a ben's most overhyped albums of 2009, Street Sweeper Social Club would have been on the list

yet I still find myself completely engrossed by the band.

so, naturally, I see they've got a new EP, The Ghetto Blaster EP, due out Aug. 10 and I get excited again.

the EP is loaded with just 7 songs, including 2 covers (M.I.A.'s "Paper Planes" and LL Cool J's "Mama Said Knock You Out")

The "Paper Planes" cover has gotten a ton of hot pub over the past few months, dating back so far as SSSC's tour w/ Nine Inch Nails & Jane's Addiction last year.

You question the hype? I did too - luckily Rolling Stone has a stream for you
1. Ghetto Blaster
2. Everythang
3. Paper Planes (M.I.A. cover)
4. The New Fuck You
5. Scars
6. Mama Said Knock You Out (LL Cool J cover)
